Nestled along the shoreline in Mercer, this lake cabin was designed for year-round comfort and long-term energy performance. With SIP walls and roof panels creating a tight building envelope, the home delivers impressive insulation levels while maintaining an open, welcoming feel.

SIP Building Transformation
