It’s not just about blue-prints anymore!  For us blue-prints are just a by-product of a much more exciting design solution.  You will see your design in real 3-D right down to the anchor bolts and rebar, and be able to walk through it, decorate it, and landscape it.

How do you get started?  Easy!  Bring in your sketch….yes napkins, scrap paper, whatever it’s on, and then we will take that and create the development/ home/ office/ cabin/ garage of your dreams!

How do we do it?  We use Cadsoft Envisioneer software which won the prestigious Innovative Housing Technology Award for "Best Computer Aided Design and Drafting Product" for 2005 at the International Builders Show this year. 

How does it work?  The program is parametric, which means when we draw lines that represent a wall, roof, floor or other component, the program translates this into an assembly that is 3-dimensional.  Benefits?  Instead of having to draw each view and detail from different angles, we just have to draw the floor plan once.  Then we can make blue-prints from any angle.  This minimizes mistakes and oversights.  Let’s get started!

Panel House Design Program Guidelines
EPS announces our structural insulated house program! Our dealers can now custom design any house or convert an existing design to EPS panel houses.

EPS panel houses are priced very similar to erected stick homes. Typically panels are higher for material but lower in labor costs, so the average 1,500 sq. foot home is no more than $800 more than a stick built home.

We will complete a typical house design booklet this winter showing examples of designed houses and details to aid you in your selling process.

EPS has invested in a computerized cutting assembly panel line to improve our abilities with custom panels.
